Introducing Payment Management: Easier Management of Recurring Payments

We’re excited to announce a new addition to theContracts.net: Simple Payments! This new feature is the result of customer feedback, and it’s aimed at making it easier for users to manage their recurring payments.

With Simple Payments, you can now add recurring payments to your contracts and set reminders for when they’re due. All you need to do is specify the payment amount and the day of the month it’s due. TheContracts.net will then create a report of all payments that need to be made, or all payments that need to be received.

Here are a few scenarios where this new Payments section can be really useful:

  1. You have a mortgage payment due on the 15th of every month. With Payments , you can easily add this payment to your mortgage contract and set a reminder to pay it on time. You’ll never miss a payment again!
  2. You have a subscription to an online service that automatically charges your credit card every month. With this, you can add this payment to your contract and set a reminder to make sure that you have enough funds in your account when the payment is due.
  3. You run a small business and need to keep track of the payments you’re owed from your clients. With Payments, you can add each payment as a separate contract and set reminders for when they’re due. You can also generate a report of all payments that are overdue, making it easier to follow up with your clients and ensure that you get paid on time.
