Our contract management application is not intended for children and We do not intentionally collect personal data from children. If we discover we have collected personal data from a child we will delete the information as soon as possible. Personal data
Personal data is data you would recognize such as your name, email and address but also any data from which you can be personally identified. This list describes the types of personal data we collect from you and process:

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

Application stored content
If you become a user of our contract management application, you will likely choose to upload files to be managed using this service, alongside with information you provide related to those files (called also “metadata”) such as contract number, name, contractual party information etc.
This data is collected and processed by our contract management application with the sole purpose of providing you the service you ordered when you subscribed to the application.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For data stored in the contract management application we store it for as long as you maintain an active subscription with the service, for the purpose of providing the service to you.
If you cancel the subscription for the contract management application, we will delete all your data from our operational systems and latest after 30 days from our backup systems.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site (including the contract management application), or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Name and email is shared with identity providers in order to authenticate you as a user in our application. Such identity providers we use are Okta, Google and Microsoft.
Content stored in the contract management application may be processed using a content analysis service provided by Microsoft Azure, hosted in European Union.
